To ensure your goods arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders by the following dates:

When selecting Standard Delivery place your order no later than Saturday 20th December.
When selecting Express Delivery place your order no later than Sunday 21st December.

How Much Will It Cost?

Orders to be delivered to most UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands) using our Standard Delivery option are charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order. Delivery to outlying areas and/or delivery of bulky/heavy items may incur additional charges. Most deliveries will require a signature, therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address you choose. The delivering couriers operate Monday to Friday 9 till 6pm. If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, there may be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered.

How Long Will It Take?

Orders are normally processed within 2 working days and then despatched on a 1-2 working day delivery service.

UK Express Delivery

How Much Will It Cost?

Orders to be delivered to a UK mainland address using our Express Delivery option are charged at a higher rate dependent on the volume and weight of the order. Express Delivery charges start from £5.95 per order. Most deliveries will require a signature, therefore please ensure that there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address you choose. The delivering couriers operate Monday to Friday 9 till 6pm. If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, there may be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered.

How Long Will It Take?

We aim to process Express orders within 1 working day and they are then despatched on a next working day delivery service. Express orders are given priority over orders with Standard delivery. However selecting Express delivery does not guarantee that you will receive your order the next working day.

The website will calculate the cost of international shipping according to the volume and weight of your order and the destination country.

How Long Will It Take?

Delivery times will vary according to the delivery network in the country of destination and any customs or import procedures.

Europe - 4 to 6 working days
USA and Canada - 7 to 10 working days
Far East and Australasia - 12 to 14 working days
Rest of World - up to 28 working days
